Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Product Manager to work with a newly established team within the Product Catalog area. Your mission will be to transform the customer journey by introducing structured, high-integrity product data across Allegro’s key verticals. This is the right job for you if you: - Have a proven track record as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment. - Are an expert in collaborating with others , knowing how to lead or follow to achieve common objectives. - Can independently manage stakeholders up to Executive level , building long-lasting relationships based on trust. - Possess a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to establish this culture within your team. - Are a true thought partner for Engineering and UX Design counterparts to drive joint prioritization. - Have experience in Agile methodologies and managing complex product backlogs. - Can translate complex business requirements into clear technology roadmaps and vice versa. - Know English at minimum B2 level and Polish at minimum C1 level .
