An internationally recognized non-profit, faith-based organization, has an opening for a Family Store Assistant Manager for Victoria Corps located in Victoria, TX Job Summary: Assists in the planning, administering, monitoring, and evaluating of the day-to-day operations of a small Family Store with a limited staff ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures; processes, displays, and prices donated items to ensure a maximum financial return on the sale of store items; assists customers in a polite and friendly manner; prepares store displays that are attractive, neat, and orderly; rotates and re-stocks store merchandise to ensure quick turnover; ensures the accountability and security of all store items and funds; may serve as a supervisor and/or lead worker to volunteers and/or subordinate store personnel. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of effective and efficient methods for organizing and maintaining records and ability to perform the same.
