Maintenance Planner / Scheduler Location: Bridgeport CT: Compensation: $95,000 – $125,000 + Relocation Assistance A power generation facility is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner / Scheduler to support plant reliability, maintenance planning, and outage coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring maintenance work is properly planned, scheduled, and executed to maximize plant availability and equipment performance. The Maintenance Planner will coordinate daily maintenance activities, support planned outages and major overhauls, manage contractor work scopes, and maintain the plant’s CMMS system (Maximo preferred). This position works closely with operations, maintenance, and corporate engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and optimize maintenance strategies.
