What you’ll do: - Lead development of in‑venue digital experiences across BYOD, loyalty and engagement features, driving customer growth and retention - Set and uphold high engineering standards across architecture, testing, AI-enabled development and release practices - Make key technical and architectural decisions to ensure scalable, high-performing customer-facing platforms - Embed experimentation through A/B testing, analytics and rapid iteration to continuously improve outcomes - Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team while partnering closely with product, design and delivery What...
