Thuma is looking for a Barista to join our team. Reporting to the Lead Barista, this position will play a pivotal role in the seamless functioning and overall success of our new flagship store and cafe in Cherry Creek. As a Thuma Barista, you'll be an integral part of creating a warm, inviting atmosphere, serving exceptional coffee, and providing top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Be an extension of the Thuma retail team and create an environment where people like to spend time. - Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures. - Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages with precision and care. - Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere. - Engage with customers, take orders, and offer product recommendations. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area and equipment. - Uphold Thuma's commitment to ethical business practices, sustainability and 6-star customer service. - Work collaboratively with the cafe and retail team to ensure smooth cafe /retail operations. - Stay informed about Thuma products and promotions to assist customers effectively.
