Program Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA) Process Excellence BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced process optimization professional to join our Talent Acquisition Enablement team. The Program Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA) Process Excellence , is responsible for building a strategic and standardized TA model in collaboration with BAYADA’s Talent Acquisition leaders. This role supports Talent Acquisition service delivery teams by optimizing processes and procedures. The Program Manager will partner across TA to drive improvements in talent acquisition capabilities at BAYADA. Such initiatives may relate to business process improvements, capability & skillset development, technology deployments, or anything else that helps recruiters be more successful and drive organizational maturity. Succeeding in this role requires applying a core set of consulting skills, business relationship management, problem-solving, and process improvement. Prior experience in process optimization, project management, or program management is required.
