Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Clinical Manager, Pharmacy Operations FTE: 1.0: Location: La Crosse, WI Shift: Monday-Friday, regular business hours Pay: $154,100/year + more based on years of experience About the Role: Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a Clinical Manager of Pharmacy Operations to lead integrated pharmacy services across the enterprise. This role ensures alignment between clinical, operational, and support functions to deliver safe, efficient, and high‑quality pharmaceutical care. The manager leads teams, drives process improvements, supports thriving workplace culture, and collaborates with Pharmacy Leadership and key stakeholders to advance strategic goals.
