Job description

The Commercial Finance Manager is a critical leadership role within the MJUS Finance organization and acts as the strategic finance partner to the Commercial team, including direct support for the VP/GM and senior commercial leaders. This role provides advanced financial leadership by delivering deep analytical insight, driving pricing excellence, and strengthening the company’s financial planning infrastructure. The Manager leads the design and enhancement of forecasting processes, implements improved financial systems and tools, and owns key elements of end‑to‑end commercial financial performance. This position requires strong business acumen, cross‑functional influence, and the ability to shape commercial strategy through data‑driven insights.
