To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com As a Private Banking MSL Team - Business Effectiveness Coordinator, you will actively lead and support various projects while collaborating closely with Private Bankers to deliver exceptional service to High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients within our Marketable Secured Lending space. You will serve as a key liaison among clients, Bankers, Wealth Advisors, and internal Operations teams to ensure that all Securities Based Product requests are processed accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities include verifying the credit application is correct, preparing the file for document preparation/closing, and tracking loan documentation, maintaining and organizing client files, and managing the full lifecycle of account openings and closures.
