Description AES Drilling Fluids is seeking a Dispatcher in Kermit, TX. The Dispatcher is responsible for scheduling, coordinating and arranging the delivery of products to rigs in an efficient and timely manner. This position works 12-hour shifts on a 6 on / 3 off rotation. They work days for a month and then rotate to overnights the next month. hourly starting pay $27.50 plus overtime + quarterly + year-end bonuses.
