Description Ignite Medical Resort at Laural Parke is on FIRE! We are looking for an experienced Director of Business Development/Hospital Liaison for our Laural Parke Location! A successful Business Developer will drive bottom line results and directly contribute to the company’s growth and success. Establish and cultivate relationships with area hospitals, referring physicians, case managers, and the surrounding community to help promote Ignite's vision of Uncompromising Luxury coupled with Rapid Rehabilitation. Job Responsibilities will include but not be limited: If you are dedicated, compassionate, dependable and energetic – WE WANT YOU! - Overall Census Growth and Development including day to day management of hospital, physician and healthcare accounts and relationships. - Referral and Admission Management – Including referral review, onsite assessment and conversion. - Facilitate patient transitions from hospital to Post-Hospital setting with clinical and financial insight for families. - Key Account Management - Establish an understanding and partnership with local healthcare and community providers. - Collaborate with healthcare and community partners to identify opportuni...
