As a Lead Member Service Representative for our Vista Lakes branch, you’ll be the first step in helping our members live financially free! Your Role in Our Mission: - Lead daily teller line operations — including scheduling, transaction support, on-the-job training, and performance monitoring — to ensure efficient, accurate, and consistent service delivery. - Act as Manager On Duty in the absence of the Branch or Assistant Branch Manager, handling branch opening/closing and end-of-day balancing. - Serve as the first point of contact for operational questions and issues, resolving concerns quickly while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures. - Drive member engagement through consultative conversations, uncovering needs and recommending appropriate products and services to support members' financial goals. - Execute daily coaching and development of MSRs to ensure performance expectations are consistently met or exceeded. - Remain fully up to date on operational procedures, systems, and all product/service offerings. - Act as the pr...
