Description WE ARE HIRING!: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative I – Hazard Claims to join our Loan Servicing Department. In this role, you will assist borrowers through the hazard claims process by answering questions, processing claims, and ensuring timely follow-up in accordance with Agency guidelines.
