PRIMARY DETAIL: - Salary Package: $126,306 - $140,543 p.a. plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading - Appointment Type: Full-time, Fixed term until April 2027 - Location: Macquarie University, Wallumattagal Campus (North Ryde) About the role: We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated individual to manage and assist in the development of the University's strategies and programs to support students at academic risk, and to provide advocacy support for students in response to the University's policy and procedures. Key responsibilities: Manage the effective delivery of the University’s central support for students operations in accordance with the Support for Students Policy in collaboration with Faculty support for students programs. Manage the effective delivery of central transition and retention initiatives in collaboration with Faculty support for students programs. Develop and implement best practice support for students at risk and retention programs for domestic and international coursework students.
