Job description

Responsibilities This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient, timely delivery and pick-up of blood and blood products by directing workflow management, overtime management and driver productivity. Works to ensure that all collection locations operate on time and are well stocked with all of the supplies and equipment required for a successful drive. - Monitors schedules, vehicles, dispatches drivers, and directs pickups or deliveries. - Coordinates drivers and operations to meet time parameters on all shipments, pickups, donor centers, and blood drives. - Assists mobile drivers as needed to ensure drive starts, and breakdown are completed on time. - Report vehicle and fleet equipment issues, communicating DVIR’s, coordinating with mechanic shops and towing providers. - Ensure blood drive vehicles are operational, loaded, and ready to depart on time. - Monitor drivers’ departure and arrival time for blood drives and communicate all delays via email. - Manages safety compliance by ensuring accidents forms are completed and reported in a timely manner. - Maintains and reviews driver records and documents including spreadsheets and ensuring their accuracy before submission....
