The Shannon’s Place Manager is responsible for the leadership, oversight, and daily operations of the organization’s community-based day program serving individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. This role ensures high-quality, person-centered services that promote independence, community inclusion, skill development, and overall well-being. This role supervises program staff, ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, maintains strong relationships with families and community partners, and fosters a positive, inclusive program environment.
