Space Management Professional The Opportunity: Lead the preparation or maintenance of architectural, furniture, and space allocation drawings. Serve as the workflow gatekeeper throughout the facility lifecycle. C ond uct space audits or surveys to document ground truth c ond itions, and incorporate that data into master files. Create or maintain standards or processes for the CAFM system. Produce, review, and analyze facility data. Develop space occupancy or utilization reports for senior managers, and integrate that information with finance and real estate data. Perform space utilization and allocation forecasting. Maintain or enhance facilities data by reviewing or introducing changes based on requirements, and applying industry trends, emerging technologies, standards, and new vendor offerings. Collaborate with technical and application teams to identify, evaluate, and recommend technical solutions to support project and systems requirements.
