Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse The Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse is a key member of a multidisciplinary cardiovascular care team dedicated to improving patient outcomes through risk-factor modification, supervised exercise therapy, and comprehensive patient education. This role provides clinical assessment, telemetry monitoring, emergency response readiness, and care coordination for patients recovering from cardiac events or procedures. The nurse promotes safe rehabilitation, supports lifestyle modification, and collaborates with providers and interdisciplinary teams to optimize cardiovascular health and prevent disease progression. POSITION SUMMARY: The registered nurse, adheres to the rules and regulations of the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing. is primarily responsible for professional performance and direct patient care.
