Classification Title: HPWT Maintenance Supervisor Classification Minimum Requirements: Completion of an approved apprenticeship program in a recognized trade and relevant experience to total five years; or a high school diploma or equivalent and five years of relevant experience. Appropriate vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience. Job Description: Lead, assist, schedule, motivate and evaluation the High Performance Work Team (HPWT) consisting of Maintenance Generalist, Custodial Worker III and Custodial Workers engaged in the maintenance and custodial needs of the assigned HPWT Zone. Ensure proper safety procedures and policies are consistently followed. Develops schedules, determines work order priorities, assign work appropriately, and monitor performances. Inspect on going work and assist employees as needed. Uses computer to requisition supplies and materials, generate project estimates, communicate with employees and customers, and track assets.
