Job Description Salesforce CRM Executive: As the Salesforce CRM Executive at Sysco you will play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day operational use of Salesforce across our EU business, ensuring smooth system performance, strong user adoption, and continuous improvement of our CRM processes. You will be responsible for managing BAU queries, supporting change requests, and contributing to the ongoing development of Salesforce through testing, training, and minor configuration work. Working closely with Business Analysts, Cloud Owners, and stakeholders across multiple EU markets, you will help ensure that Salesforce is used effectively, consistently, and in line with EU governance standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, collaborating with diverse teams, and driving operational excellence within a fast‑paced environment. This position offers a remote working arrangement from anywhere within the UK or EU and occasional travel will be required.
