Classification Title: Human Resources Generalist II Classification Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Job Description: The Human Resources Generalist II reports to the Manager of Human Resources in the UFIT Business Center. This position facilitates the entire employment lifecycle, interprets and implements current labor laws and University policy, and occasionally works on special projects that improve people‑management processes. This position encompasses aspects of talent acquisition and recruitment, training and development, leave management, payroll, and identity access management. Key Responsibilities: - Human Resources Transactions & ePAF Management – Independently prepare, track, and process all HR transactions—appointments, reclassifications, extensions, terminations, and dual employment—for Student Assistants, OPS, Faculty, and TEAMS employees, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with current labor laws and University policy. - Onboarding & Offboarding Coordination – Leads new hires through the UFIT onboarding process, enters hires into t...
