Job Type Full-time, Contract Description: Alaska Northstar Resources is actively seeking an Instructional Designer to join their team. The Instructional Designer is a hybrid role that blends traditional curriculum development and training delivery with responsibilities in basic SharePoint administration/design, technical documentation, and contractor compliance management. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Selects or advises in the selection of a technical method and technical components for delivering various types of training content. - Defines or participates in defining the target audience; conducts need assessments; performs assessment analyses and task analyses and determines training requirements. - Utilizes home grown SharePoint site to manage trainings and registrations. - Supervises implementation of the selected delivery methods. - Develops curriculum, including learning objectives, creates course blueprints, and supervises creation of content. - Oversees development of courseware, including lesson plans, student guides, instructor guides, user manuals, and tests. - Evaluates and validates instructional materials. - Performs trainings remotely (or o...
