The Role: The People Partner is a key member of the HR team responsible for delivering a seamless and engaging team member experience across the full lifecycle. This role leads employee relations support, maintains HRIS data integrity, and executes critical HR processes including onboarding, leave management, workers' compensation, and compliance reporting. This team member serves as a strategic advisor to managers and ensures operational excellence as Petfolk scales its people programs.
