We’re expanding and hiring an Inventory Lead to join our dedicated team in Gastonia, NC . In this role, you’ll provide timely support to the Logistics Supervisor to ensure smooth operations and serve as the acting Logistics Supervisor when needed. In this role you are responsible for providing timely support to the Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse Clerk to ensure optimal flow of the operations. Schedule: Monday to Friday 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and oversee the receipt of incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Verify inbound documentation and reconcile shipments against purchase orders. - Direct unloading activities and ensure proper staging and put-away of materials. - Communicate with procurement and inventory teams regarding discrepancies or delays. - Monitor team performance and provide on-the-floor guidance and training. - Ensure all inbound processes comply with safety and quality standards. - Maintain accurate records of inbound shipments and inventory adjustments. - Supervise the picking, staging, and lo...
