This role ensures smooth day‑to‑day office functioning, supports senior leadership, and facilitates seamless coordination of office activities, meetings, and logistics. The Specialist serves as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and contributes to efficient service delivery across the organization. - Provides comprehensive administrative support by managing office operations, including handling correspondence, maintaining records and tracking systems, managing calendars and schedules for senior leadership, and coordinating the distribution and retrieval of documents. - Ensures the efficient functioning of the office environment by maintaining processes, workflows, and administrative standards. - Coordinates all logistical aspects of meetings, conferences, and special events.
