Job Summary: Under limited supervision, assists with handling problem accounts and answering team member processing questions. The Bankruptcy Specialist Senior must be organized and detail oriented to ensure proper handling of bankruptcy accounts in accordance with the bankruptcy code and federal regulations that govern the student loan program and department procedures.
