Schedule Part Time, Day Shift (48 hours biweekly) Hours: Friday day shift, Saturday and Sunday 8:00am - 4:00pm Rotation: Call hours Saturday's, 6:00am - 8:00am and 10:00pm - 12:00am / Hospital holiday rotation General Summary: Performs routine and specialized diagnostic and technical radiographic procedures at an intermediate skill level. Essential Functions: - Performs radiographic examinations, obtains patient history, explains routine procedures, and addresses patient concerns. - Performs diagnostic procedures in one of the following specialty areas at an intermediate level: complex orthopedic, neuro and vascular operating room procedures (includes overhead, fluoroscopic and portable C-arm procedures); complex portables, or trauma procedures. - Demonstrates leadership skills; oversees the work of other personnel by training, allocating and monitoring work. Performs work of a similar nature - Schedules cases to coordinate with other patient examinations. - Positions and transfers patients safely and comfortably and explains basic procedure. - Immobilizes patients as necessary and practices radiation safety procedures. - Properly processes images using digital technology; resolves...
