The Senior Technology Leadership Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. As a Senior Technology Lead within Humana’s Core API and Enterprise Data & Services organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the design, engineering, testing, and release of key products supporting our Member domain. This role requires strong leadership in cross-functional and cross-enterprise initiatives, working closely with downstream consumers, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered on time, meet rigorous specifications, and uphold the highest quality standards.
