Job Description: Summary The Senior Manager Rental is responsible for leading the business unit to overall profitability and growth of the rental product line through successful implementation of; Marketing, Sales Management & Execution, Financial Responsibilities, Leadership, Operations and Fleet Management, Customer Retention and Development and Communication. This position reports directly to the Director of Rental. This position will directly manage all Rental personnel including; Rental Account Managers, Branch Rental Manager, Rental Counter Supervisors, Management Trainees, Rental Sales Representatives and Sr. Rental Sales Representatives. Each Rental Manager will have approximately 12-14 employees and be responsible for annual revenues greater than $9.5 million.
