Job Title: Global Supply Chain Planner Department: Supply Chain Planning: FLSA Status: Exempt: Position Overview: Global Supply Chain Planner is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing supply plan (focusing on sterilization) activities within the end-to-end supply chain, by aligning capacity, production schedules, inventory targets, and service requirements. The planner is responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and improving supply chain cycle times, from manufacturing to inventory ready for delivery. This role works closely with planning, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, quality and supply chain planning teams to identify bottlenecks, quantify variability, and drive actionable improvements that enhance service levels, inventory health, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Supply Planning, Scheduling & Capacity Management Develop and maintain supply plans aligned with production and distribution schedules.
