About the Role In this role, you'll make daily sales calls to local businesses, visit clients onsite, collaborate with hiring managers to strategize staffing solutions, conduct candidate interviews, and provide mentorship and guidance to jobseekers. Unlike technical recruiting roles, you’ll spend a large portion of your day talking on the phone and emailing clients and candidates in both English and Spanish.
