About the Role: The Senior Practitioner – Child & Young People is responsible for leading and supporting casework practice for Aboriginal children and young people placed in the care of Biripi’s children service. The Senior Practitioner – Child and Young People will provide supervision and expert advice to caseworkers to ensure quality assurance, compliance and service delivery standards. The key objectives of the role include: - Provide case consultation, supervision and mentoring. - Review and endorse case plans, risk assessments and statutory reports. - Coordinate responses to complex cases, placement crises or legal escalations. - Lead reflective practice and training activities. - Support cultural connection planning and community engagement - Maintain, improve and provide advice on key policies and procedures relating to young pe...
