Job description

Key Responsibilities: - Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces - Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems - Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and service calls with a positive, solution-oriented attitude - Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact operations - Support pool, beach, and outdoor facility maintenance to ensure a high-quality resort experience - Maintain proper records of work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment servicing - Ensure compliance with all safety standards, brand requirements, and local regulations - Assist with special projects, renovations, and emergency repairs as needed Qualifications: - Previous experience in hotel engineering or facility maintenance preferred - Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance practices - Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently - Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required in a resort environm...
