Position Objective GENEX Cooperative is seeking an Occasional Part-Time Relief in Hampshire and Franklin counties in MA to provide professional and personalized artificial insemination service and breeding program assistance to members and customers resulting in improved profit potential and satisfaction. In addition, the successful candidate will sell GENEX semen, services, products, and programs to achieve sales goals and develop new business in sales area. This position is 90% dairy emphasis and 10% beef emphasis. Major Areas of Responsibility: - Provide artificial insemination (AI) services to members and customers - Provide breeding program assistance to members and customers - Sell GENEX AI services, semen, products, and programs - Provide reproductive management expertise to members that will improve reproductive performance in their herds - Consistently make farm visits with prospects to develop and gain new customers Qualifications: GENEX is dedicated to providing our member-owners and customers – dairy and beef cattle producers around the globe – with advanced genetic and reproductive solutions.
