Must be available to work evenings, weekends, occasional holidays. Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday, 4:00pm -10:00pm. Schedule may very slightly depending on facility events and needs. Position Summary: A Safety Coordinator with The Salvation Army is charged with maintaining a safe environment for all employees, clients, and visitors to the Kroc Center Coeur d’Alene. The position provides a visual security presence to ensure that members and guests have a safe and pleasant experience while visiting the Center. Position will also be responsible for facility monitoring during hours of operation as well as when closed. Candidate will also assist with emergency response procedures as required. Duties and Responsibilities: - Will spend portion of every day on the floor interacting and building rapport with visitors and staff. - Conduct hourly rounds to monitor facility activity. Report problems to the operations leads.
