Position Overview The Retention Coordinator plays a critical role in shaping the first 90 days of each new employee’s experience. This position helps ensure successful onboarding, cultural integration, proper training, and high retention. The Retention Coordinator works closely with plant leadership and new hires to support communication, expectations, accountability, and engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Hire, train, and onboard new employees during their first 90 days. - Create an integration experience that allows new hires to acclimate at a fair, structured pace. - Introduce new employees to the company culture and facilitate strong early relationships with team members. - Ensure new hires understand work rules, attendance expectations, and performance standards. - Provide comprehensive instruction on core values, company policies, safety, and health, including use of the Alchemy training platform. - Serve as a role model for attendance, professionalism, teamwork, and adherence to procedures. - Maintain organized documentation and reporting to support structured onboarding. - Collaborate with Superintendents, Supervisors, and Line Leads to support smooth assimilation into pro...
