Position Summary The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. This role delivers exceptional service by crafting drinks to standard recipes, maintaining an engaging yet professional atmosphere, and ensuring the bar is clean, organized, and fully stocked. The Bartender enhances the guest experience while contributing to revenue through product knowledge and effective upselling.
