Repair Technician (Trainee)

Description The Repair Technician Trainee will learn to perform repairs to client swimming pools and facilities as directed by the Company. Duties/Responsibilities: - Works alongside a Repair Technician to learn and assist with general plumbing, electrical, and heating repairs to clients swimming pools. - Learns to inspect equipment and systems to identify problems or issues. - Consults manuals or other resources as needed. - Conducts preventive maintenance to ensure that plumbing, electrical, and heating continue operating properly, under the supervision of a Repair Technician. - Maintains inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies. - Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: Job Requirements: - Basic knowledge of general plumbing, electrical and swimming pool repair. - Ability to read repair manuals. - Ability to use hand tools and power tools. - Ability to follow instructions. - Excellent time management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Education and Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Prior experience in related field preferred. - RAIL license or equivalent state license preferred.
