Job Summary: Develops standards and rules for the documentation of engine and component products, including applications, and engineering and manufacturing processes; audits documentation; trains less experienced documentation employees. Key Responsibilities: Develops and applies product definition and other relevant standards and rules for documenting engine and component products including applications, and engineering and/or manufacturing processes. Trains, coaches, and mentors less experienced team members and others in the organization. Leads configuration audits to assess accuracy and compliance of documentation; documents corrections needed; debriefs team members on findings and required corrections; ensures that corrections are entered into the system. Acts as a resource, mentor, and/or trainer for questions related to product definition standards and rules; interprets rules; decides on solutions or proposes new rules to address unique or new situations.
