Our Card Support Specialist is a subject matter expert responsible for the operational performance, compliance integrity, and strategic enhancement of the Credit Union’s debit and credit card programs. This role ensures optimal member experience and operational efficiency across all card related platforms and processes. The position serves as an escalation point for complex issues, drives process improvements, and supports the development of card related products and process enhancements. Major Duties and Responsibilities: - Serves as a primary subject- matter expert for all card operations, providing advanced support, resolving escalations, and advising on complex operational issues. This will include, but is not limited to, travel notifications, general card maintenance, file maintenance, PIN requests, plastic orders and reorders, applying payments to the corporate card program and oversight of internal corporate card maintenance for new and existing employee cards. - Oversees system data integrity, coordinates with vendors and IT for file issues, and ensures accuracy across card platforms.
