Position: CNA / Certified Nurses Aide Shift: 7am-3:30pm, 4 Days/ Week: Starting Pay : MINIMUM of $20.50 /hour- base pay increases based on years of Certification. This is not including any differentials Base pay is determined by sliding scale/ years of certification. Job Summary: The Certified Nurse’s Aide assists the licensed nursing staff by performing routine nursing duties and activities of daily living. Qualifications: - Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, exercising, and ambulating. - Reports and records observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures, and specimens when indicated. - Reports and records residents’ vital signs and weight. - Reports all significant changes in residents’ condition to nurse immediately. Document in clinical record in POC. - Answers signal lights promptly. - Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly. - Encourages independence, attendance at activities, restorative programs, and rehabilitation. - Attends in-service training and education session, as assigned. - Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor. - Preforms safe and ef...
