Job description
Support the Vice President of Investor Relations and serve as the primary lead on the quarterly earnings communications process, including content development, cross-functional coordination, and timeline management. Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Communications, and senior leadership to produce investor-facing materials that strengthen confidence in the investment thesis and enhance the company's positioning with shareholders. Demonstrate strong financial acumen and a commitment to the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. - Synthesize investor feedback, sentiment, and questions for the benefit of the senior leadership team and Board of Directors, helping frame potential responses and/or disclosures - Develop content for investors, industry conferences, investor days, and board meetings - Compile disclosures and data for use by senior management in meetings/discussions with investors and sell-side analysts - Develop and execute proactive communications/public relations strategies to reach financial stakeholders; use messaging to enhance and protect Kroger’s reputation and elevate the company’s financial performance narrative - Dev...
