JOB DESCRIPTION: Position Summary: The Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the day-to-day delivery of learning and development programs within an automotive manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with operations, HR, and the Continuous Improvement (CI) team to ensure effective training execution, documentation, and continuous workforce development. In addition to training coordination, the role will support simple problem-solving projects in collaboration with the CI department. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of training and development programs across the organization. Schedule, organize, and track training sessions, including onboarding, safety, compliance, and technical training. Support the learning and development function through administrative activities such as maintaining training records, preparing materials, and coordinating instructors and participants. Communicate training schedules, updates, and requirements to employees and leadership.
