Job Description Summary The LM6000 Aeroderivative Engineering Product Leader is a critical role in the ITR engineering team to lead and ensure Quality and On-time product implementation within projects, owning product integration from proposal development to commercial operation. The Engineering Product Leader focus will be on Quality, leading the ITR engineering change management process, NCRs lifecycle, containment, corrective and preventive actions, working cross-functionally within Aero Engineering and centered on delivering a defect-free customer experience. The Engineering Product Leader will partner with all Aero Engineering functions to ensure successful ITR deployment of product modifications, Lessons Learned, Customer Survey feedback, and lead on Safety and Quality establishing a culture of continuous improvement with focus on eliminating customer escapes. This role requires a solid technical foundation on engine, package, and systems integration, as well as commercial acumen and customer facing experience.
