The Role: The Document Processor plays a key role in supporting student enrollment by ensuring all required enrollment documents are collected, reviewed, and processed accurately and efficiently. This is a high-volume, phone-intensive role that requires strong organization, persistence, and comfort managing a large number of student records simultaneously. The role involves direct outreach to prospective students, collaboration with internal teams, and close coordination with Enrollment Counselors, Site Directors, prospective students (Graduate Candidates), and parents/guardians to ensure all documentation is collected, tracked, and processed efficiently....
