About Us- Risk Management: Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM plus on-call rotation after hours, weekends and holidays. What You'll Do: The Patient Safety Specialist oversees the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Patient Safety Program, ensuring alignment with organizational quality goals, regulatory requirements, and high‑reliability principles. The PSS is accountable for the protection, curation, and standardized reporting of patient safety data—particularly within the Patient Safety Evaluation System (PSES)—and manages all associated submissions to the organization’s contracted Patient Safety Organization (PSO). Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required. Experience in risk management, patient safety, quality assurance, or a closely related healthcare field required. 1–3 years of clinical experience required (e.g., nursing, allied health, or other licensed clinical role).
