Global Early Years Careers - Specialist Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Corporate Services | Type: Permanent Shape the future of consulting talent by designing and leading impactful early-career development programmes. The Role: As an Early Years Careers Lead, you will lead the design, delivery, and continuous evolution of early-career talent programmes across Capco. You will oversee the full lifecycle of development for apprentices, graduates, interns, and career-changers entering the organisation. Working closely with business leaders, technical SMEs, HR, Talent Acquisition, and external training partners, you will ensure that early-career professionals develop both consulting capability and foundational technical knowledge aligned with our work across financial services, banking, and insurance. What You’ll Do: Design and deliver early-career development programmes including apprenticeships, graduate schemes, and structured learning pathways. Manage multiple cohorts, tracking progress, supporting development, and providing coaching throughout the programme lifecycle.
