You know how to deliver best in class client experiences and support our team of studio operations team members and instructors in delivering the same. In this role, you are a key member of our leadership team. The Studio Manager works with the Director of Company Owned Studios to grow attendance and manage studio systems and teams. You're responsible for ensuring strong client relations while maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming studio atmosphere. The manager will assist the Director of Company Owned Studios in implementing studio policies and procedures. The primary focuses are to manage and drive studio sales, membership and attendance, cultivate and lead a strong team and community, and maintain a best in class experience and quality control, all while executing tight cost controls.
