D2D Retention Advisor Department: Retention: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Dublin 18: Compensation: €32,000 - €47,000 / year Description: About the Role: We are looking for a Door-to-Door (D2D) Retention Agent . This is a field-based role where you’ll engage directly with customers, handle objections, and use the tools and offers available to retain business and drive results. A full driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle is required, with mileage expenses covered. We’re looking for driven, customer-focused people with experience in retention, door-to-door or inside sales — ideally within utilities, but not essential.
