Your primary responsibilities in this role as the Froster and Back of the Bakery Extraordinaire are to: - Employee discounts - Flexible schedule - Free food & snacks - Free uniforms - Make frosting and frost all cakes according to NBC's standards and time guidelines including cakes available for walk-in guests, pre-ordered cakes, and marketing cakes. All of our frosters have the responsibility to keep the frosting station clean, sanitized and running efficiently. - Assist our lead baker to help bake all sizes and flavors of cakes offered by NBC according to NBC's standards and time guidelines.
